Mission 
To lead a conference for young women in Cajamarca and to serve alongside of Villa Milagro in Cajamarca, Peru, to encourage and support their ongoing ministry as they serve the most marginalized in their communities.

15-20 adult volunteers

What kind of volunteers are we looking for? 

Volunteers who can lead women’s conferences, work with children, lead music, lead crafting, and who simply love people. We welcome applications from both men and women who are eager to make a difference in the lives of others.

We will lead a women’s conference and care for the children. We will work with needs identified by Villa Milagro which could include food distribution, water filter distribution, crafts and games with children in several remote schools and an orphanage, crafts and visitation with women, and teaching basic first aid.

Ability to speak Spanish is extremely helpful but not required. All volunteers need to be collaborative and flexible. Accommodation is basic and volunteers will share rooms. We will be at high altitudes and may require a lot of walking in challenging conditions.
