Aging With Significance is a ministry TO and ministry BY mature adults for spiritual, educational, and functional life fulfillment.

We have a responsibility and opportunity to focus on ministering TO mature adults who are:

• Active and healthy
• Inactive and healthy
• Boomers 60+
• Transitionally impaired
• Homebound
• Frail
  

We focus on areas including:

• Spiritual formation
• Evangelism
• Meaningful service
• Fellowship and creativity
• Safety and accessibility
• Personal and household support
• Caregiver support
• Wellness and intergenerational opportunities.

WMUV offers many opportunities for mature adults to be involved in missions.

Aging With Significance also promotes mature adult ministry leadership development as it:

• Values the giftedness of all maturing adults
• Encourages maturing adults to volunteer their gifts
• Networks and connects maturing adults to avenues by which to maintain, re-establish, or discover purpose.

There are many exciting opportunities and ideas for mature adults to be involved in missions.
