LIT (Leader-In-Training) Program at CrossRoads

Especially for students ages 14-18, who have a desire to develop their leadership skills and deepen their understanding of God’s call on their lives. All LITs are assigned to a cabin of younger campers under the supervision of a counselor in order to provide them with opportunities to lead.

Campers selected for the LIT program will be given a discount on their camp fee.
Space is limited to two LITs per cabin.
LITs will be assigned to High Adventure tracks as needed.
